Don't blame Khama or judges;they are just interpreting a bad law

As an ordinary Motswana, I do not wish to waste my sympathy on any member of the so-called Barata Phathi".

Although my sympathy of course does go to Gomolemo Motswaledi, who is an innocent person caught in the web that was built by his colleagues in the central committee, who now call themselves "Barata Phathi"

I want to stress this point, that the judgement of the High Court was a perfect interpretation of the supreme law of the land, crafted by amongst others, the very same members of the BDP, who were so excited to take Khama to court when it was legally impossible.
