Christmas message for workers

The year is drawing to a close and Christmas fever and its regular excitement has already gripped us. Top on the priority for every worker is how he/she is going to spend the holidays and spoil (in a small or big way) his or her family depending on affordability.

 The elite (bourgeousic) with their plenty resources will throw big parties and celebrate in style while the poor will watch in envy and only wish that they too could ride.

This is a problem created by a system that gives more to the haves and less to the have-nots, creating a disparity unprecedented in human history. Top management employees in government, parastatal or private sector will be smiling all the way to the bank to cash on their hefty salaries that are topped up by unjustified allowances and benefits in the make of car allowance, housing allowance, recreational allowance, retention allowance and so on.
