BOSETU on Budget Speech expectations

This degeneration needs good government interventions through sound resource allocation to the Ministry of Education.
We expect the Budget Speech to reflect on some of the following:

* School fees 
School fees, as a cost recovery measure has claimed some casualties as some students who were sent home last year never returned to the classrooms. This is a sad development as the most affected are the already disadvantaged poor. We hope the government will announce in this year's Budget speech that it is revising its cost recovery measures regarding school fees.
