BNF humiliation: What should be done?

Before the general elections the BNF Temporary Platform repeatedly warned the Central Committee that a divided party always performs badly in general elections. There was a very distinct possibility of the BNF reaping the whirlwind in the elections.

They ignored our comradely advice and even came up with strange explanations to the effect that the BNF performs wonders precisely when it is in the middle of a crisis! Just before the general elections we approached the Central Committee suggesting that there must be reconciliation of the two warring groups to ensure that we go into the elections as a united party but the arrogant Central Committee rejected our initiative.

On several occasions we demanded that Moupo must step down because his credibility in the eyes of the public is finished and as the image and chief spokesperson  of the party he is severely incapacitated from leading it to victory. Tragically, all our  well-meaning demands fell on deaf ears. The Central Committee kept dreaming of wining 29 seats even when on the eve of elections they were recklessly expelling and suspending comrades as well as fighting countless court battles against comrades whose primary election results they had nullified in a bid to impose their own preferred candidates who had lost. All these monumental blunders and errors thoroughly demoralized voters who would have otherwise wanted to vote BNF.  The Temporary Platform warned that given the crisis management of the Central Committee that had become the order of the day the party would struggle to retain its existing seats.
