Members of the World Trade Organisation (WTO) now have a stark choice in their efforts to conclude the Doha Round of world trade talks. We can sit on the sidelines and point to the economic turmoil as another reason why a conclusion is not possible at this time.
Or, we can galvanise our efforts and ensure that the WTO makes a strong and timely contribution to boosting global economic confidence.
