The state is usually headed by the state president who is the commander in chief of the armed forces and also responsible for the appointment of the chief justice under whom falls the whole judicial system, which gets its support from the police and the prisons.
All these form the apparatus with which state president rules and enforces, firstly and inclusively, his will and the will of the class that he represents as we live in a class society and it is not possible for the state to represent two contradictory classes at the same time, no wonder the current state has not been able to uplift the lives of the majority of the less than two million people.
It underscores the indispensable role women play in our society, particularly in building strong households and nurturing families.
