This is a cancer that has to be addressed immediately.  Bear in mind that even at the (constitution) it was crafted by those few; there were still qualams about it.  This issue cannot be wished away and derive pleasure from some pronoucements arrived at by a questionable Botswana judicial system.  Last week the High Court of Appeal did not address the fraud part of the application,instead said no courts in Botswana has the jurisdiction to set aside the constitution.  Ke tsaya gore the courts di supa gore they are in agreement.  It's just that they have power.  What a shame!
