Parks Tafa and BDC conflict of interest

Parks Tafa indeed has many conflicting interests in the affairs at Botswana Development Corporation. He may not compose his own personalised definition so elemental that it borders on the naive and try to force-feed it to Batswana as what should guide the conduct of their affairs henceforth.

As a well-informed and knowledgeable person Tafa may not insult the intelligence of Batswana in that fashion.

Any dictionary, even for primary school level will define and describe Tafa's relations at BDC as an example of a conflict of interest. How impolite of him to think of and describe Batswana in his thoughts and beliefs as imbeciles to be fed any such coarse excuses and not know the difference. Since the term is from the English language and Tafa is not a linguist by interest or profession, nor yet an English language teacher or specialist, what then empowers him to declare all the English and legal dictionaries and encyclopedias wrong when they have their definitions all too different from his?
