Opposition cooperation: try this model

Although the party still wants to cling on to power, the truth is, it is tired and needs to be relieved of power before it destroys this country.  It is also true that the only possible way at the moment is through opposition cooperation.

However, the toughest question the opposition parties face is how they should cooperate.  We have witnessed the failure of cooperation talks in the past because the parties concerned did not agree on the method of working together. We have also seen some sacrifices being made by other serious parties such as Botswana Alliance Movement (BAM), Botswana Congress Party (BCP) and National Democratic Front (NDF) in which a lot of compromises were made in order to work together.  This is very commendable and indeed it is what all opposition parties should be aiming to achieve.
