Defection of Odirile Motlhale proves BMD is a spoiler

The defection of the BMD Member of Parliament for South East South (Ramotswa) Odirile Motlhale from the BMD to the BDP proves that the BMD is a spoiler in the effort to unite opposition parties especially the BCP and the BNF.

The defection of Odirile Motlhale clearly proves that the BCP was right to refuse to give South East South constituency to the BMD because it did not trust most BMD MP's arguing that they will defect with the seats back to the BDP after 2014 general elections. The BCP is being proven right and the BNF President Duma Boko cannot help but be left in embarrassment after defending the BMD against the BCP.

Many will remember that the 2011 Opposition Cooperation talks to form the Umbrella I which included the BCP collapsed mainly because the parties could not agree on the allocation of constituencies and the BMD which is to blame was rigid and wanted Odirile Motlhale to be allowed to contest Ramotswa constituency. The BCP seems to have realised that Odirile Motlhale and many other BMD MP's who have not gone back to the BDP could not be trusted. To the disappointment of many, the BNF President Duma Boko attacked the BCP saying that the BCP should give the BMD Ramotswa constituency so that Odirile Motlhale can contest under the BMD and Boko indicated that people like Odirile Motlhale cannot go back to the BDP. This was also after Duma Boko attacked the BCP for wanting to remove Botsalo Ntuane from the position of the Leader of Opposition after the BCP realised that Botsalo Ntuane was on his way to the BDP. The BNF President Duma Boko used his Presidential powers to re-install Botsalo Ntuane indicating that Botsalo Ntuane was a jewel of opposition politics. Much to the disappointment of many and proving the BNF President wrong, Botsalo Ntuane then left for the BDP while still the Leader of Opposition. Once again, the BNF President Duma Boko was embarrassed after the people that he has defended disappointed him.
