Just two months before the end of his second term as President of Botswana, Ian Khama once again failed to attend the US-Africa Summit this week. Khama indifference towards international meets unhealthy Botswana, one of the few African countries revered for being a shining example of democracy and economic success, is the only country that did not attend the United States–Africa Economic Summit in Washington this week.
