Response to the article entitled "DTEF pays living allowances to former students"

This serves as a response to the article that appeared in the Mmegi newspaper of 1 November 2013 in which Mmegi alleges that their investigations have revealed that scores of former GIPS students continue to enjoy the living allowance government pays on its scholarship.

GIPS would like to put the record straight as follows;

1.’ All students register at the beginning of the semester.
