My Government Is Delivering On Water

The other two are the Dikgatlhong and the Thune Dams. The Dikgatlhong and its associated infrastructure have been completed and put to beneficial use.  The Thune has been constructed and currently there are various work packages for the associated infrastructure under construction. The dam and its associated infrastructure are expected to be put to beneficial use during 2017.  Over and above the dam projects and their associated infrastructure projects, the Government of Botswana has delivered the following major water projects during the cause of NDP 10:

l Middlepits Cluster Cross-border Water Project, l Goodhope Water Supply Augmentation Scheme Supplementation Project, l Connection of Masama East Wellfield to the NSC, l Meriting Phase, l Connection of Malwelwe Wellfield to Molepolole, l Maun Surface Water treatment Plant, l Shakawe Senior Secondary School Water Treatment Plant.
