I have been pondering over the past two years on the post-COVID-19 sustainability of small and medium enterprises-entrepreneurs who already had been facing a series of both local and global challenges and have mixed feelings.

In this article, I will share and walk you through what I consider to be the most appropriate business model that our beloved Botswana should adopt and accelerate to be competitive both locally and globally.
