Zuma flies to Gaborone today?

President Jacob Zuma of South Africa could fly into Gaborone today for a one day meeting with President Ian Khama.

Sources close to Khama said yesterday that the visit is connected with celebrations to mark the 50th anniversary of the ruling Botswana Democratic Party (BDP) on Saturday.

While Botswana government spokesman Jeff Ramsay said he was not aware of any scheduled visit by Zuma, he did not rule out the possibility of the South African leader flying to Gaborone to meet Khama.
