Zim men arrested for 'dagga' worth P40,000

Dibete police are investigating a case in which two Zimbabwean men, aged 29 and 40, were found in illegal possession of P40,000 worth of a substance suspected to be dagga.

Dibete Police Station commander, Superintendent Meshack Ranku said the duo was found in possession of two big bags estimated to weigh about 20kg each at the Dibete barrier gate yesterday. He further stated that they also had in their possession five bags estimated to weigh 50kg containing tobacco.

Ranku said the duo was intercepted at the gate driving south from the northern side of the country.
