Zim attorney visa requirement invoked

FRANCISTOWN: The Minister of Labour and Home Affairs Peter Siele has invoked the visa requirement for former Maun magistrate and Zimbabwean private attorney Ntsikelelo Mafa Moyo.

Moyo used to practise under the name and style N Mafa Moyo Attorneys. Moyo and his compatriot Walter Chikanda have abandoned their respective legal practices. In an earlier interview with Mmegi, Law Society of Botswana (LSB) executive administrative officer Bernard Bogosi disclosed that both attorneys have failed to comply with LSB regulations since last year.
