Yellow Monster stalks Mogoditshane again

It may only be a matter of time before the dreaded Yellow Monster returns to Mogoditshane with indications that this time, it will be more ferocious than before.

"Plot holders are requested to make available to the teams information or evidence of plot ownership such as certificates of land grants, commercial leases, registered lease (title deed), letter from Kgosi certifying that the land in question was allocated to the claimant or claimant's deceased predecessor before 1970, affidavit certifying how the land in question was attained and how long it has been occupied,Will or Estate Probate certifying that the claimant has inherited the plot, decree absolute certifying ownership after a divorce, transfer documents if the transfer has not been processed by the land board and any evidence that might assist the land board to prove such allocation," said a press release the ministry issued this week.
