This was a year when a bath was a luxury. Please take a five minutes shower, the Water Utilities Corporation (WUC) pleaded, lest we perish of thirst.

Watering a garden from the tap or washing that car with a hosepipe was not even to be considered; the situation was too bad. 

We all ought to save for drinking. And these restrictions still stand. No, you cannot use potable water for construction purposes.

The BDP as a party known to have ample resources has always held its primaries well in time, but this time around that was not the case.
