Water reaches Kasane, surrounding areas

Water Utilities Corporation (WUC) has announced that water has arrived in Kasane and surrounding villages following the completion of the water treatment plant project for the area.

In a press statement, WUC Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Gaselemogwe Senai revealed that the project entails the design and construction of a 16 million litres a day water treatment plant complete with all accessories.

Senai added that the project is intended to supply water to Kasane, Kazungula, Lesoma, Mabele, Kavimba, Kachikau, Parakarungu and Satau villages.
