The flood movement is also too slow compared to last year's flow. He said in April 2011 the highest peak at Mohembo recorded 4,015 metres height and a discharge rate of 1,159.04 cubic metres per second but this year's came at 3,356 metres and 845.5 cubic metres per second of discharge.
