Village name judgment soon

SELEBI-PHIKWE: The Lobatse High Court will soon deliver judgment in a case involving the naming of the Lesenepole and Matolwane villages. The judgement has been pending since December last year, Registrar and Master of High Court, Godfrey Ntlhomiwa, says.

Justice Newman heard the case in December 13, 2006 and he is expected to rule on whether the order calling for elections affects the applicants or not.
