Unused bullets missing

Procedurally the four suspects namely; Lance Corporal Gotshosamang Sechele, Lance Corporal Ronny Matako and Corporal Boitshoko Maifala were after their seven-day duty supposed to return their firearms and sign them off.

This was not done.  Warrant Officer Wabuya Tabengwa, who was the checking officer on May 13,  2009 told court that there is no such recording in the occurrence book as is the norm. Tabengwa then blamed the typist for this unavailability of the said information in the occurrence book.
