A Gaborone-based attorney representing BOFEPUSU, Tshiamo Rantao confirmed to The Monitor on Saturday that he has been instructed by BOFEPUSU to pursue their matter urgently.

"We have served government with a statutory notice to institute action on behalf of BOFEPUSU affiliates. Pending that action, we write a letter to the Director of the Directorate of Public Service Management (DPSM) to withdraw the decision of withdrawing the facilities that the unions have been enjoying," said Rantao.
