UDC leaders had no challenges launching their symbol
Yesterday, UDC spokesperson, Moeti Mohwasa said they are trying to speed up the process and hopefully they will finish it within a month or two.
“I cannot reveal the number of parliamentary candidates for now until we have finished the process of identifying our candidates. It is not an easy thing to identify candidates like many people may think, but we are doing the best for the party,” Mohwasa said.
The BDP as a party known to have ample resources has always held its primaries well in time, but this time around that was not the case. The first leg of the primaries was held last weekend, with the final leg being billed for the coming weekend. This time around, the BDP failed to shine in its primary elections.
