UB outgoing VC Bojosi Otlhogile speaks

He joined the University of Botswana as a Staff Development Fellow (SDF) when departmental board minutes were produced on typewriters, stencil and indelible ink and chicken livers and gizzards were sold at the administration block. He recalls with fondness the great debates over whether UB should introduce email. Twenty-nine years later as he winds up business at this institution, UB is a different place, more developed, more mature. Mmegi: So you have never known any other place of work?

Bojosi Otlhogile (BJ): Yes I started my work here as a staff development fellow in 1982.
 I have never worked for any other institution but I have been part of other institutions as member of the respective boards.
