Livestock owners and farmers have been issued a stern warning to be extra vigilant about their animals' safety.

This follows the seizure of two slaughtered cows suspected stolen that were found by the police at Motsentsela Lands, on the outskirts of Mmathethe village, last Thursday evening.

The police made the alarming discovery when they stumbled upon the two slaughtered cows in an unattended kraal. Investigations are currently underway, with the police conducting interrogations to identify the culprits responsible for the act and how the cows ended up in the kraal.
