Two men accused of defiling same minor

FRANCISTOWN: Two men aged 19 and 20 appeared in court to each face one count of defilement.

In the first case, the State alleges that Kabelo Otsetswe, 19, defiled the then 14-year-old during a date unknown to the prosecution in 2017 at Kgaphamadi location.

In the second case, the State also alleges that Thabo Thatayaone defiled the minor at Kgaphamadi during a date unknown to the prosecution at the same location.
