Two die in motorcycle crash

Two people, a man and a woman, lost their lives on Saturday night after their motorcycle collided with a Honda Fit near the South East District landfill.

One of the deceased, Phenyo ‘Kiko’ Venson, is the nephew of the Minister of International Affairs and Cooperation, Pelonomi Venson-Moitoi. Venson was working as an events coordinator at Hotwire Public Relations Agency. His companion was Shalom ‘Shaznana’ Moeti.

The Rising Phoenix MCC Botswana Cycling Club issued a statement announcing the duo’s death on Monday.
