Tswaipe Slaps BOPEU With Sick Note

It seems no end is in sight in the saga involving the Botswana Public Employees Union (BOPEU) and its head of Education and Research, Edward Tswaipe.

His disciplinary hearing appears to be dragging on and on after Tswaipe last week frustrated the process with a sick leave note that has since suspended the action until today, barring the unforeseen.

BOPEU had planned to launch the disciplinary action against Tswaipe a fortnight ago but he rushed to  the Industrial Court, forcing postponement of the process with an urgent application.
