Tsodilo World Heritage Site Rhino Trail Stairway Project Launch

The Department of National Museum and Monuments (DNMM) in collaboration with the Diamond Trust, a De Beers/Debswana Corporate Social Investment project funding entity, will on April 11, 2017 launch the Tsodilo World Heritage Site Rhino Trail Stairway Project.

The stairway project aims to improve accessibility to the site by different groups of people as well as to reduce the risk of accidents on site at this prime tourist attraction.

The project will be launched by the acting Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Environment, Natural Resources Conservation and Tourism, Jimmy Opelo, in the presence of the Diamond Trust chairperson, Boyce Sebetela and local authorities in Ngamiland.
