FRANCISTOWN: An alleged notorious rapist and murderer, Habana Million’s bid to leave the jail hit a snag after he was denied bail on Friday. Million, popularly known as Gaddafi, apparently nicknamed after slain Libyan leader Muammar Gaddafi, learnt that only the actions of strong institutions can last forever and are welcomed by society while society abhors the actions of strongmen, after Justice Lot Moroka denied him bail.

Gaddafi applied for bail in connection with the alleged cold-blooded murders of Tobokani Khumba, 30, and Mbi Maswibilili.

He allegedly killed Khumba during the late hours of May 16, 2018 before he proceeded to kill Maswibilili on the same night or early hours of May 17 at Maitengwe village.
