Prosecution has set December 4 as the start of trial for dangerous captured fugitive, Adolphius ‘Mogakolodi’ Legae, even as the 23-year-old spends his fourth month in a South African prison.

Legae made headlines earlier this year after a spate of violent armed robberies in and around Gaborone, and the revelation that he had five other cases of rape and robbery pending.

He was also wanted for shooting and robbing a female acquaintance during the period. Legae allegedly committed some of the crimes after he was granted bail.
