Tonota residents complain about poor service

Frustrated complainants related how they would spend a whole day or two at the CNRO, which is housed at the Tonota Sub-district building, and leave unattended.
"I doubt if I will get help today. When I arrived here at six in the morning (Thursday) the queue was very long. It is 4 o' clock now. I do not think I will get the attention I deserve," cried 33-year-old Kebonye Kesupile.
