Tlhomelang's In Broil Over 'Boswa'

The offspring of the late Setlhabi Tlhomelang are embroiled in an ugly dispute over the distribution of his estate.

The family feud turned toxic and the lawyers marched in as the estranged Kgomotso Mogami, Gladys Tlhomelang, Patrick Tlhomelang, Ofemile Tlhomelang, Ketshidile Tlhomelang, Daphne Briscoe and Tuelo Tlhomelang are contesting the estate of their late father, which was awarded to Margaret Tlhomelang and Calvin Tlhomelang in accordance with the will of their late father.

The late Tlhomelang is said to have listed only two of his children as beneficiaries to his estate. The contended estate comprises of a chunk land of the ploughing field 15 kilometres from Jwaneng, a tractor, herds of cattle and a residential plot in Moshupa, which were divided between Margaret and Calvin.
