'Those finger prints are not mine' - accused

FRANCISTOWN: Gaongalelwe Phalalo, who is accused of rape, denied that fingerprints from previous convictions were his after his rape conviction.

The 28-year-old still insisted that the fingerprints were not his even after an expert witness gave evidence to prove that there was no doubt that the fingerprints belonged to Phalalo.

Phalalo said that the fingerprints did not belong to him and objected to the reports being admitted as exhibits.
