�Thieving� gardener yet to report break-in

Extension II Magistrate Ntombizodwa Ncube has ordered the Department of Public Prosecution and Investigating Officer to take Bhekizwe Nkomazana to the police station so he can report a break-in at his house last month. Nkomazana had told the Court that he has not been able to open a case following the break-in.

Nkomazana, a former gardener who is facing several counts including allegedly stealing P3.9 million from his late boss, during his previous mention told the court that there had been a break-in at his rented house in Gaborone Block 7.

He had also pleaded with the Court to assist him get his three bank cards, cheque books and a cellphone (Samsung S7) that were confiscated by the Investigating Officer (IO) when he was arrested.
