The story of Seretse's mother

Recently, there has been reports that South African nationals were been jailed for 'insulting' the president Ian Khama saying that he looks like a Mosarwa.

Writing to one of the local papers, one Morgan Moseki said. "In our youth in Tutume, we were told that President Seretse Khama's mother was a Mosarwa."

It is apparent that many other people aside from Moseki share this perception.
This begs the question, who is Seretse's mother?
