Ntwayagae appeared before the Monarch Customary Court after it was alleged that he sold land to the complainant Oteng Segwapa but he denies he sold the plot.
Apparently the complainant was sold the land by the defendant and his wife Hilda Ntwayagae, who is also the complainant's sister, at a price of P1,000. The land was later resold to a third person, being Elizabeth Moleta, around 1989/1990 for P1,600 in Monarch. Now the defendant's children want their land back.
