I, Phillimon Dicheleketo I.D. number 094113801 P.O. Box 395 Maun, cell number 72484975 would like to state how I got to meet Lawrence De Villiers (sic).

It was on the 25th of May 2006 at laround l6h29hrs when I received a call from Lawrence saying he saw our advert of farms we are selling in the Hainaveld. I, Phillimon told Lawrence that it is true we got soke farms on the market, and if he want's to know more about the farms he can leave a message, I will pass it to my boss Gerhard Visser. The number Lawrence gave me was 0~2 376 3990. My position at that time was to keep the messages of people who are interested in buying farms. My boss was staying on the farm in the Hainaveld, coming once or twice into Maun to follow up on the messages. (sic)

My boss "Gerhard" and Lawrence made an appointment of visiting him (Gerhard) to look  at the farms. The very first day I met Lawrence he was accompanied by his father and his wife and his father's wife. Lawrence and the family slept at our plot in Disaneng. The guy was very friendly. Him and Gerhard became close friends. Gerhard organised a house to rent for Lawrence. Lawrence and the family as business people were interested in making some business in Botswana, Maun. They all applied for the work permit. (sic)
