Texas govt censured for frustrating pro-Obama youths

HOUSTON/TEXAS: Young Democrats here have accused the state government of applying dirty tactics to make it difficult or even impossible for the majority of young people viewed as supporting Barack Obama's re-election.

Two separate teams addressed a group of visiting journalists yesterday on issues ranging from the recruitment of new members, registration of voters, fundraising and the state of politics in Texas.

The first group led by Terry Sinclair said  Obama's challenger has a bad record. He said when he was the governor of Massachusettes, the state was in the last five in employment creation.
