'Tell BNF to stop it', Magama asks court

Gaborone South MP, Akanyang Magama has taken the Botswana National Front (BNF) to court again to challenge his suspension from the party.

Magama has cited the BNF deputy secretary general, Mokgweetsi Kgosipula as the second respondent in this matter. 

Magama is seeking relief that the court should order the party to set aside his suspension.  He also wants a court interdict to prevent the party from proceeding with the contemplated disciplinary action against him until such time that 'proper arrangements' are made to afford him a fair hearing.
