TEC to de-register ABM course

The Tertiary Education Council (TEC) has said it will de-register the Electronics and Electrical engineering course at ABM University College as punishment to the institution.

 ABM has been on the spotlight for discontinuing students taking the course amidst claims that the college acted only after releasing partial results.

The executive secretary of TEC, Dr Patrick Molutsi said that they made the decision to deregister the course after investigating the matter. He said the course will be de-listed as soon as the concerned students are done with their studies next June.
