Tawana finds fault with Khama approach

Ruling Botswana Democratic Party (BDP) MP Tawana Moremi has found fault with President Ian Khama's address of the civil servants' strike at kgotla meetings, instead of targetting the workers themselves. In an interview with Mmegi, the Maun West MP said the proper action would be to target workers and not people in kgotla meetings, who are not necessarily government workers.
"They have every right to put forward their position even through striking, because even international laws allow for that action (strike). I don't think addressing people in faraway places in kgotla meetings is the right approach.
