FRANCISTOWN: Umbrella for Democratic Change (UDC) vice president Dumelang Saleshando has said that he is not surprised by reports that the ruling party intends to take action against Francistown West legislator Ignatius Moswaane.

Saleshando was speaking at the launch of Francistown East parliamentary candidate for the 2019 general election, Morgan Moseki on Sunday.

“I am surprised by those who are saying that President Mokgweetsi Masisi is committed to fighting corruption. Masisi is very corrupt. He has a track record of being corrupt. That is why I am not surprised by indications that under his leadership the ruling BDP wants to reprimand Moswaane for speaking against corruption,” Saleshando said, adding that corruption is in the DNA of the ruling party.
