Subdued Mfa could be on way out for good

Outgoing Sebina/Gweta Member of Parliament (MP) Olifant Mfa has become a pale shadow of himself in the House. Mfa is no longer the outspoken legislator that he used to be when he first made it to Parliament.

These days Mfa hardly comments in Parliament.  Even when there is a hot motion like the one calling for the amendment of the Constitution to increase the number of specially elected MPs, Mfa does not voice his views. 

In the past, he was known to speak his mind  and would never hesitate to step on a few toes.
