Sub-council delays with trading licences - business community

Businesspeople operating around Mogoditshane and surrounding areas have expressed displeasure at the delay by Mogoditshane/Thamaga Sub District Council in awarding trading licences.

The business community was allegedly left disgruntled on Tuesday after they were called at the council for a third meeting in a row, which they said did not bear any fruit as it was cancelled.

According to one annoyed businessman, who chose not to identify himself, the situation is so bad they are losing their livelihood due to the closure of their businesses by the authorities.
