A salary dispute is brewing at the Limkokwing University of Creative Technology. The Monitor has learnt that a strike looks inevitable if the institution's management does not respond to staff demands timely.

Employees demand that experience be notched as previously agreed with management.

Employees at the institution are also demanding to be paid gratuity with immediate effect. A Limkokwing employee, who preferred anonymity, said their gratuity is overdue but management does not want to pay.
