Strategy to consolidate manpower training - Lisindi

FRANCISTOWN: The Chairperson of the National Human Resource Development Advisory Council (NHRDAC), Joseph Lisindi has said the series of workshops on National Human Resource Development Strategy of 2009-2022 is geared towards mobillisation of stakeholders to address the problem of matching training programmes to the industry.

He said this in an interview with Mmegi after conducting a one-day workshop at Thapama Cresta Lodge before travelling to Maun for a similar workshop.

Lisindi said the unemployment problem among graduates is sometimes caused by the fact that their acquired skills are irrelevant to the industry.
