Not much progress has been made in the fraud case against former Gaborone City(GCC) Council employees Frank Molaletsi, Gilbert Sithole, Frank Stegling, Bitsang Abby and Daisy Loo cleaning company and its managing director Moemedi Dijeng. The case, which was adjourned last November, resumed on Tuesday. The four have been charged with conspiring to defraud GCC over P24 million.

On Tuesday, the second witness, Doreen Segoea, continued to give evidence for the state. While Molaletsi's lawyer Duma Boko has excused himself as he is out of the country, lawyers Tebogo Sebego for Stegling and Joao Salbany for Abby had to be excused yesterday because the duo had to attend a funeral in Molepolole.

The court has so far had the opportunity to inspect the area near Bull and Bush where Segoea said that she supervised industrial class council employees to collect garden waste and disposed it at the Gaborone Landfill.
